• How do I book a bounce house?

Booking is easy! Simply fill out the reservation form on the product page and our manager will contact you to confirm the details. You can also reach out via +1 (818) 468-8932, Email, Instagram, or through the contact form.

• Is the rental price for the whole day?

Yes! Our pricing is a flat rate for the entire day—from 6 AM to midnight—with no extra hourly charges.

• What is included in the rental price?

The rental price includes the bounce house, blower, required extension cords, and either a ball pit or balloons depending on the model. Delivery is not included — you can calculate your delivery cost using the delivery estimate form, during reservation, or by contacting us directly.

• What is the payment process?

A $50 refundable deposit confirms your booking. The remaining balance is due on setup day. We accept Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, and credit cards via Stripe.

• Can I cancel and get a refund?

Yes! Cancel at least 7 days before your event for a full deposit refund. You can also cancel on the event day in case of bad weather.

• What ages are your bounce houses designed for?

Our bounce houses are designed for kids under 12. They have soft cushions and tall padded walls (no mesh) for extra safety and comfort.
